Halftime plays?!?!
I think VT wins this game, they had at least 11 points in TO, and frank beamer hasnt won 150 games by not knowing how to get his team up for halftime. VT can only play better.

You can tell that a key special teams play or turnover will determine this game......which team do you trust to make that sort of play......i bet on BC, but right now i am thinking about a hedge......i just smell a Beamer Ball play turning this around.
That being said, they mentioned at the top of the broadcast that VT's special teams have not been up to par this year.....they noted as evidence only a block punt punt by GT.....blgstocks, i presume you are a Hokie follower, do you agree with Fowler's statement that VT's special teams are not what they used to be this year?

I am a Hokie follower and I do not agree with that statement Fowler made. Early in the season they were playing Beamer ball and only their last game vrs GT is where they really didnt play up to par.

I would agree that VT ST is not what it used to be, but they are still good on ST, but VT used to be the greatest ST team, and coaches would come all over the nation to sit in on Beamers practices when running ST drills, and he had to close hs practices to media and coaches. VT ST>BC ST
