Blows Phillips away. I'll be coming back, the crabs and the beer were GREAT. Also, had a nice view of the Pier. We brought a crab cake home for Kiki and Koko and they said "woof, woof" giving it two barks of approval as well;):D

Man that looks good old school. We caught a few of these in seaside once and my buddies girl cooked them up. I think she lightly pan fried them with some light breading and some spices and they were just dynamite. I don't think i ever had them again but that picture looks just like the couple she cooked.

My 18 month old son and I will be driving home to New Orleans from Gulf Shores, AL. My wife and newborn son are at home. We'll grill this evening. Chicken for wife and son, and plank grilled salmon for me :weed:

My wife & I just came from viewing the Viet Nam Veterans Moving Wall. It's 80% of the one in Washington. Emotions ran from heartbreaking to proud of those who died in battle. I am going on 61 yrs old, also half ass veteran who got out after 1.5 yrs. in 1966. This will be etched in my memory just like their names on the wall are... forever!

Bought some flowers for my Mom to bring to my father's grave (he wasn't a vet, but to me Memorial Day has always been about remembering those close to me that are gone). Used to go myself, but I'm 2,000 miles away now.

I've worked the last seven days so I'm just gonna lay around and be lazy today.

Ar haven't been to Washington since Nixon was in office... we will probably stop on one of our trips to pay our respect.

Wow! Not 8 hours in the car with 3 dogs and the GF, but 10!!:00hour

Ran into a traffic jam on I64 that closed the road and was lucky enough to veer off to Harlem, errr uh, Huntington West Virginia (home of Marshall).

Let me tell you there are some fine dirty South gentleman roaming the streets there! What a great town! Let me tell you the government is enabling some wonderful folk in that town.

Anyway, we veered no more than 125 miles out of our way to get home. I am the luckiest man in the world!!
