We're running to Sam's Club this afternoon to (as she says) "pick up a lump of meat" for tomorrow.
Not sure yet. I did two shoulders and some ABTs last weekend.
Maybe ribs or a brisket if I can find one.
I'm thinking PBR or Rum and cokes tonight.

I'll figure it out tomorrow, going out to dinner today. Sam's will be on the plan as well.
I'm leaning to ribs one day and the sausage/brat, green pepper, onion in spicy chili sauce.
Mickeys and whatever vodka I pick up.
Gonna be a fine weekend, one of my favorite Holidays.
Costco has awesome briskets- Cheap like 4 bucks a pound- Awesome well marbled and thin
You work there dont you? I live a half mile away from the one in coon rapids. Actually live there love that joint. I am sitting at TGIF looking at the sign right now. Might have to stop and pick up some Lamb chops.
Green Bay is finally getting a Costco. I wish Appleton would get one.
I might do a stuffed pork loin.
I am in Green Bay for a couple games every year. Sams club is like comparing a BMW to a Chevy- Both get you where you need to go but wow big quality diff
