I say anybody that doesnt make good on a bet gets banned, pretty simple. As gamblers I really think we have a crystal clean reputation for making good on ANY bet. Just read anything by all the big money old timers of the crazy tales of the bets that went on, but they all got paid, and if they didnt well they were dead.

Anyways like i said gamblers are very well respected amongst gamblers, it is the scumbags like vyrus and worm and other guys that dont pay up that give gamblers bad names and an untrustworthy rep to the public. I will trust a gamblers word over ANY salesman, and alot of other "honest" professions.

Now Scumbags on the other hand.....

Oh and jack i thought this was a forum for gamblers to come together, not for us to put up with dramaqueen scumbags. Why not ban vyrus?

I think Cyrus' memory on the facts are a little fuzzy.

To recap:

He joined the NCAA march madness Contest in march of 2004. He paid with paypal. Turns out he used a fradulent credit card. Paypal reversed the fee ( 10.00) and charged me. i also had to pay his part of the prize pool since the contest over when paypal informed me that he used a fradulent card.paypal also charged me a 10.00 fee so he owed me $30.00. i sent emails to him for over a month with no reply. I posted on this board that he was stiffing me after i saw him start posting again.

So he acknowledged that he owed the debt twice, said he sent checks out twice, and two years later i am still waiting for payment.


So over 2 years later, i am still waiting. We will see what happens monday, which is when he says i can expect payment.

Vyrus has stiffed again. As long as he keeps on showing up here, i will continue to bring this up.

Since I won that contest and TwoFingers was stiffed doing a personal favor for some of us running it, I find it offensive.

quit your whining blackman. you got lucky as hell to win that contest. i was winning with illinois to win it all and you got lucky the pukes from carolina won. went from first to fourth and out of the money. i don't feel one ounce of pain for you.

as for forum stiffers, i agree they are leaches and should be caned. i don't fault anyone for keeping on them about it.

as for banning ip's that don't do any good. i use proxies for everything i do on the internet. had a bunch of the same ones for a long time now. you can google a working proxy.

where i come from a person's word is very important...if you don't keep your word you have nothing...as far as i'm concerned when you make a bet with somebody you are giving your word that you will pay if you lose.....men keep their word....little children do not.
