Got a letter from the census people telling me to watch my mail because I'll be getting a census letter in about a week. WTF!! Just send me the damn census form and save millions on wasted paper and postage!!:mj16:

Rumor at the p.o. has it that about a week after you get the census form, you'll be getting yet another letter stating something like "about a week ago, you should have received a census form". I don't know how true it is, but it certainly wouldn't surprise me.

What I do know is that whoever decided on using those window envelopes for this last mailing should be shot in the fucking face. They don't stack right in the machines and cause jams. Plus they sent them to arrive on Monday, our heaviest day. :shrug:
