DING DING! Sit down and talk to her like normal, mature people do. Her reaction will most likely tell you what you need to know.
Also, many times men are after things women are not. Your wife's intentions may be perfectly honorable, his may not. Just be straightforward with her.
Spying and all that other crap is for people who no trust in a relationship. Why bother being with someone if you can't/don't trust them?

Sorry to hear you're going through this. Over the past year, I've seen the same situation going on with a friend and his wife. He became so paranoid and convinced himself she was messing around, and it only drove her away. It got to the point where he was texting her every couple hours at work wondering where she was and what she was doing. Didn't help the situation at all. Now what he was afraid of is actually happening because he took it too far. I know his wife, and no way in hell she was cheating...

You are apparently clueless. Has nothing to do with being a man. Women can be cold as hell. Sounds like you are the one that's a pussy. If she is seeing someone behind his back she will admit to nothing. Your a dumbass. I am not saying don't confront her about it. Just find out what you can before you do.

Some day u might find out that woman don't think exactly like men. Instead of being jealous, insecure , and controlling, try thinking like them for a change. Well iI've spent the last 48 hours being the husband I should have been. She was amazed and asked what changed and o just said nothing. I'm doing my part now to go e her that attention, etc and she really likesit or has responded positive. She talks about long term stuff still between us, etc so that's reassuring.
What bugs me though are her last 3 text messages from him.
"You have awoken the beast!"
"GRRRRRRRRRRR"
then something related to the project at work they are working on. Those were in the last 48 hours.
Last night she wentoverto her girlfriends house to get away which I agree she needed and my buddy confirmed her whereabouts.
My thing is, I just want to put this to rest once and for all. Do you think sh is deleting text messages? If I could just confirm this and the messages I could put this to rest once and for all and move on. It just sticks with me all day and bugs the hell outta me.
