If she is in a relationship she will just deny it and know that you are on to her. Do try and show her more attention or what ever you think she may need to bring you all closer together but this is going to eat you up being out of town all the time. I would definitely snoop all you can for any evidence of wrong doing before you just talk to her about it. Maybe just simple conversations but you need to find out.
