Finished 94th out of 1533 for my 5th WSOP CASH in my WSOP career. Was really rolling with blinds at 1000/2000 and I had 92,000 in chips with avg at 77,000. Then came the shot to the stomach.

My pocket aces under the gun, I don't want any funny shit to happen so I raise to 8,000, all fold except the button who reraises to 20,000. He has about 3,000 more chip than I do. I know what's coming so I hope he will fold on my push but he doesn't and calls my allin.

Of course he has pocket kings and I turn over my aces BINGO A DOUBLE UP COMING AND THE POSSIBLE CHIP LEAD IN THE TOURNEY, but not to be for me. Yep you got it good flop and then the FUCKING KING comes on the turn. Oh well I know it happens but it's like getting hit with a sledge hammer.

What was the flop? Do you think if you would have shoved after the flop he would have laid the Ks? Even with the American airlines.... I always hated getting it in before the flop. Not that it never happens... But that's exactly how I usually get ass raped. Unless of course I'm stealing pots from HandiCapper in the old days playing the madjack tourneys on bovada. :11jackson

I used to have a bumper sticker that read I Hate Pocket Aces. I played in the Main Event twice (moneymaker and hashem), and both times lost with pocket aces heads up. Once getting beat by qq, the other 77. it's all timing we all know that! Again making the money is great playing, congratulations, well played sir.
