no, wrong.

the children were NOT killed. they were injured.

this is horrible in both cases but look at the difference between gun and no gun.

I'm not gonna argue about guns or no guns. I was merely talking about the fact that there are crazy people everywhere. It's happening more and more these days.

So this piece of shit killed his mother and for no reason killed all those innocent little kids.
What a gutless fucking coward I'm sick to my stomach.
I hope he burns forever in hell.

You can ban guns all day...you'll never gt rid of them....

These sickos want to go out in a blaze of glory...they want a name for themselves..

Exactly. The criminals will always find a way to get them whether they are legal or not.

So, was the brother the one driving the vehicle that was sitting out in front of the school? I'm assuming yes.

Exactly. The criminals will always find a way to get them whether they are legal or not.

but with them banned or very tightly regulated it would take a hell of a lot more effort for someone to just go off the deep end and go on a shooting spree.

someone said the guns were registered to his mother....ok well if the mother who obviously isnt a criminal wasnt able to register guns because they were banned or very strictly regulated, there goes his easy access to get these weapons.

maybe he still does it, maybe he doesnt, but that easy access to the weapons to carry out this sick attack is removed.

Absolutely disgusting, cowardly act by this fuckstain. Makes me sick to my stomach. I have 3, ages 2-7, I can't even begin to imagine what those families are going through. My thought and prayers to them. Hug your kids and be sure they know just how much you love them.

First of all, any talk of gun control legislation has to start with the discussion of "how is the government going to pay for it".

Let's be realistic and grown up for just a second. Will making it difficult to buy and sell weapons make it any harder for a person that want's one to get one? Has it worked for cocaine yet? Has it worked for illegal immigration yet? We won't even get into the whole crime and punishment part of this discussion because that is an entirely different thing. The fact of the matter is that government regulation without societal enforcement is meaningless and useless.

As long as we have been around we have looked to suppress societies problems. Out of sight, out of mind is how we like it. The gun owner that owns an assault rifle for murder is responsible for his actions, the rest of the responsible gun owners in society should not have to pay the price for his twisted insanity any more than chemists are responsible for the anthrax attack. You want to fix these issues then address the issues. Spend some more money on good teachers and counselors. Put more money into your education system so they can afford real security at all schools. You can't stop a killer by making it a nuisance to get a weapon. Also, selling only handguns just means you have the same problem, just use less powder.

Gun control is no deterrent to crazy.

Hope this helps,

from my earlier post on 08/21/12

ya better believe there is a change a comin'

as a human race it sometimes becomes necessary to take extreme measures to
protect those inhabitants..

That time has arrived.

How human we
are and what extreme measures the powers that be are willing to take will decide
the future course of these senseless killings.

believe it ..at some
point in this[USA] countries future guns and ammo ain't going to be stockpiled
in gun safes and hidden in the bedroom closet.

Eventually the mothers and fathers of these slain children will demand
and end this practice of hoarding aresenal.

this you can bet your last
friggin' dime on..

lets hope that change comes about very soon..

this is completely wrong.

if it is a big process to get a weapon there could definitely be chances someone picks up on the persons motives before he finally gets a weapon. also gives him more time to think and possibly say something or slip up to someone who can get through to him.

instead, someone said this guy used guns registered to his mother.

so he could in a matter of seconds go off the deep end, grab some guns and go to his moms school and carry out this attack.

would it eliminate this violence all together? no. but to say making regulations very strict would have no result is nonsense.

how many homicide related deaths in the UK last year? around 50? compared to what, 30 a day in the USA?

UK has strict laws, the USA does not.

so if you say strict laws wont work here, why? and if you are saying they wont work here but they clearly work in other places, what does that say to the quality of people in general?

no bone with you but,

They can start with getting rid of millions of dollars in funding for worthless projects like pigeon studying.

They can stop spending billions of dollars policing third world countries in the Middle East in a war that we can't win

They can stop spending millions of dollars policing Internet gambling

There's about half a trillion in money right there we can free up...that's a good start

too soon? hardly think its too soon for the gun fanatics to realize what an actual issue guns are. how many more shootings need to happen before something is done?

every week something like this happens and they brush it off with "should arm more people". sick.

to soon to ARGUE bout gun control? definately

let's find out why this terrible act was committed

time now to pray for victims

"the bunker"
This. And the news goes bananas over it.

great point...

this guy got what he wanted...notoriety....his moment of infamy....i read an opinion that indicated that he peobably wanted the perception of himself portrayed as this big bad dude who needs to be feared and listened to ..and he wanted that perceprtion propigated on every media outlet far and wide....well, he` s getting that....

the media should be full bore portraying this idiot as what he really is....a pathetically sad, lonely little shitheel with a small dick who couldn`t cut it...make him the object of ridcule...humiliation...,not some monster to be feared....

that`s how each of these morons should be portrayed(maybe with the exception of the guy that shot gabby giffords...he was legitimately certifiable).........report that this m.f.`er was found wearing a merkin with a gerbil stuck up his butt....that`s how his grand gesture should be remembered...

we live in such an intensely media driven society, that the pursuit of "attention seeking" has reached absurd levels of insanity...

just last year some nut case in the netherlands blew up around 70 people...

it`s not gonna get any easier...we live in strange times,my brothers..

Agree with you on every point. The money needs to be spent on enforcement of policies not more policies is what I am saying. That and the fact that the kid would have killed no matter what the law is.
