nobody seems to want to be the owner of a Prius when they will need a replacement battery.

Here's a dam good point. I have heard the replacement batteries started off around 12,000 and are down to 4,000 now. 8 years or 80,000 warranty so I would likely trade it by then anyway...

Had the Civic for 4 1/2 years now with no problems at all.

If you do more highway driving, the Civic is better. More city and the Prius is better.

Overall it seems like the Prius has done a better job improving every year. Do any of these need replacement batteries yet? A civic owner from the same dealership as mine has gone over 400,000 miles in his and the battery is fine. I think they give you that basic warranty, but the battery should last practically forever.

Did I mention the 'smart keys'?

All you have to do is have them in your pocket and it unlocks auto for you! And starts!

:00hour

Yeah GREAT Idea.

I take the dog outside to take a shit, and my car starts and rolls down the street. Where do I sign?!:mj07:
