I understand ppabart--no problem-most of the group who usually attends every year are talking NO and that sounds like fun-in fact I will be in NO in October. Some who usually don't attend are talking Denver and might see what I can do for a smaller group2-4 foursomes. Don't wnat to be n competiton with the annjual one that has been in the Midwest. Most people can probably only afford and take time off for one. We'll see--NO would be a great place. I am an avid-terrible -golfer but have fun. Usually play 3 times a week

Like I said.....I'd love to come :0074

Did not realize that ppabart--ok if thats been decided by the group then I'll forget about it.

Hawk - it obviously has been decided by the guys who are only willing to drive to a locale. Feel free to throw a couple of dates out there, and those of us willing to fly will be more than willing to attend.

Any chance of getting a roadtrip to the Buck Snort Saloon planned?

I would not recommend driving here from bowling green or Charlotte. I made the mistake of driving to Louisville last time and it was way too long of a roadtrip.

Too be honest... Im not sure everyone would survive New Orleans.

This is like the black diamonds at the ski resort. Sure it sounds like fun right until your starting down the trail....

The N'awlins chatter died down once Iceman realized he might have to plan it. I think Colorado may be the slight favorite now

I will be of no help in planning the golf portion of the trip, but the extra-curriculars are right up my alley.

Personally, I feel that Denver makes for a better trip in July than the heat and humidity around here. Plus, summer is a bad time for oysters.

Coors field has my name all over it:toast:

I seriously would rather Denver. My wife jumped at the opportunity and I'd love for her to travel with me.

Getting to the Seibert family and Hawkeye would be a treat.

I'm in for both

I just wanted to muddy the waters with a suggestion of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Plenty of night life, a ton of different golf courses, lots of places to stay, and the weather is nice.
