SWEET!!!!!!!! I didn't lose...........:00hour
Apparently the champagne is on ice...but the Blue Jays still need to beat out KC for the AL...and with KC losing tonite, well...this is the final showdown for homefield advantage in the AL.
The Jays are now ahead of KC and have the tiebreaker in the event of a tie.
They will keep the champagne on ice and play all out ball in both games. The Blue Jays win at least one game tomorrow. They are playing for two. Slam it down.
**Of course, as we all should know, never bet more than you can afford to lose!**
Gibbons already said skeleton lineup for game 2 should they win game 1.
Jackkkkkk. Jays were your mega play yesterday. I hope u played them today !!?!!! After the rain out. Thxxxxxxxxx. I DID !!! 👍👍:toast:
give me one reason not to slam the Jays tonight.
O's have one scoring inning in the last 37 and facing a hot pitcher and a team with a load of motivation to win this game. O's can't wait until the season is over and go home for time with family, fishing, golf, whatever. O's could give a rats ass about the rest of the games.
True, but the celebration will be after the second game, and the regulars will be in the dugout for the second game to keep the team together. Some could come off the bench, if necessary.
Navarro taking the place of Martin does not seem like a huge downgrade at catcher. Dickey is still on the mound. AND they are well aware that they need to stay ahead of KC to make sure the path to the World Series goes thru Toronto.
Jays as a +112 dog (because some people see a letdown) does not seem all that bad. The Orioles are the team that looks like they want to pack it in, not the Jays. These guys are super competitive.
Your one of the only tdot guys on here, I know your loving this !!!
