I need some advice here... if you are a law student, have a criminal mind, have a hard-on for insurance companies, want to be personally attacked or would like to see me go to jail... I recently let my car insurance lapse because they where raising my rates ALOT because my wife had a speeding ticket so i wanted to shop around for another company. Well guess what happens right after that my daughter takes the car to school and runs it into a guardrail and messes up the front end and can barely steer it now.I am thinking it will be totalled, what should i do get another insurance company and wait a month or 2 then make a claim because i still owe 4 years on it.

I really am in a mess so what should i do here???
