I had some last night, my cousin slow cooked them for 6 hours, smoked them with Jack Daniels Wood Chips, finished last 20 mins with BBQ sauce

Those look great. I got my smoker together and picked up half a cord of apple wood from a nearbye orchard.
As we speak I'm "breaking in" and seasoning the smoker with bacon grease and applewood for a few hours. Then I'm going to let it cool, reapply more bacon grease and heat it up for another hour.
I think I might try a pork loin tomorrow for the first meal off of the smoker.
