Wow, A close friend of ours lost her Husband last night, because he rolled his Jeep and was tossed from it BECAUSE he was not wearing his seat belt.

He had two kids, ages 7 and 5, who will now grow up without their Father.

Superstitious as I am, I start the very next time I get in the car and for now on. I promise.

Imagine me dying because I didn't wear a seat belt after starting this thread with all the warnings I have been given.

I won't back outta my driveway ever again w/o a seat belt.

For me, on the highway, yes. In town, no, since I never get over 30 mph, and it's less than a mile from home to work.

you can just as easily be killed going 30 as you can going 60

all it takes is a tbone out of no where . your vehicle rolls , you fall out the broken windows , car rolls on you.

really , I can't even put something heavy in the passenger seat without dings :sadwave:

did not read all of this, but air bags and no seat belt to restrain you and position you in the proper geometry with respect to the air bag, (SIR) can be as deadly as getting tossed from the vehicle outta one of the windows. :scared
