And to tell the truth, i am a Lib when it comes to welfare, socialized medicine... etc. I am not a racist, and have many black friends, and I will be the first one to tell them to grow up and smell the flowers, we didn't put you to work...

Yeah, pretty minor discrimination - but I agree. It's a good thing there are ample opportunities for anyone squeezed out of a particular school they wanted because of race. I believe the days of affirmative action are numbered. In the meantime, your patience is greatly appreciated.

As for comparing immigrant groups, please don't go there. There is only one group that was brought here involuntarily, bought, sold, divided, chained, renamed, barred from education, and legally kept separate from the rest of 'society' until 40 years ago.

...And no, that group is not the Asians. But hey, I'm proud as heck of those ambitious Asians and their values. Keep up the good work, Asians.
