I've kept out of the discussion but I have two kids and this is all bs and people using the race card are blind. If my daughter was one of the girls that was told to leave and didn't and then went up and mouthed off to the officer then she would have a lot more to worry about then what the cop did to her. If my son would have been one of the boys that ran then I would have told him he was a dumb ass and you don't run from cops. Should he have pulled a gun, no but IMO that's the worst thing he did and he shouldn't have lost his job. If the girl didn't want a mouth full of dirt then she should have kept it shut and done what he said. Honestly, even if it is about race and that's why that cop behaved that way, it doesn't excuse what some of those kids did. Learn some f'ing respect. It's going to get to the point where when officers are called they're going to have to ask the color of everyone at the scene so they can send the appropriate officers.
Well I'm using my phone to post and I always fuck up the videos. You edited the post. :0008

Actually the party was held in a public park that borders the pool.Is there any pictures of this "pool" that was to hold 150 kids..........:0corn

The pool is a community HOA.So is this pool a public or private/HOA pool?

It always makes me feel better to ignore a problem and blame it on the defenseless too.
I think if my daughter was at the party which there is absolutely nothing wrong with a bbq and a dj and a fight broke out between two adults because one was calling her names and making disgusting remarks and another woman defended her, I'd first be happy she was okay. Then if she told me police arrived and everyone had to disperse, I'd ask what happened after that. If she told me some kids ran and some just left, others got into arguments with some people that were coming out of their homes and saying to go back to your section 8 homes. I'd be pretty pissed at those adults for not being more mature. I know sometimes people like to demean and diminish those they see as lesser human beings because it's so much easier than addressing the real issue.

It's so easy to come to those conclusions after the fact.....Cops get a call they respond with little info, they have to sort things out in a quick short period of time....You keep making it sound like this is the easiest job in the world to do day in day out.....
No I'm not. I'm simply stating the obvious. You know what is really easy? Staying in your squad car and using the P.A. system to disperse the crowds. Follow the laws you're sworn to uphold. You guys act like this guy got thrown over the fence at Alcatraz. He was answering a complaint at a pool party with a bunch of teens! How hard is that to do? Seriously, all this, he had to get control of the situation bs. He's the one that was the situation. That's it. You're allowed to walk down the street without fear of being beaten by a cop
And what exactly do you know about it? More importantly, what do you know about anyone here and what they're capable of or not? So everyone else here is quick to judge, yet you make a blanket judgement of the majority here in one statement?
Maybe your submissive nature and willingness to comply to the ravings of an out of control officer that is clearly violating the civil liberties of several minors, which still have rights in this country, makes you the coward? Complicity to tyranny, and abuse of authority has never been the foundation of our our nation or our social code. By your design, those that speak up, those that don't simply submit to authority, regardless of injustices being inflicted upon them, are the cowards? It seems like you have a very different definition of coward than any other reference I can find.
Then again maybe you just haven't come to the right "conclusion" yet.

Excellent response. Thank you for your input. You are such a blowhard man.
Corporal Casebolt had over 2200 hours of training. He had been disciplined before fit walking out of a diversity training class to go bail out his girlfriend for being arrested for DUI.

The girl that hosted the party did have a permit. I believe but am not 100% sure that another party was piggybacking her party. I don't know if she, the host, had knowledge of it or not.
