Are you talking any performer when they are in their prime? Cause I would loved to have seen the Stones when they were 30 years younger. Now they are literally stones, and I doubt they roll.

I mean there are so many 70s bands, I would think that would of been the best era to see bands, I was too young but what a great period of music, the diversity, like Hedge said about Reagan and Thatcher..

I've seen the Stones 3-4 times, would go again. I too have seen most everyone I want to see, including my first concert - Steppenwolf, and my last - U2 at Soldiers Field.
The one I would pick: Bruce Hornsby

Definitely liked the CRUE when they were heavier. That list kept me awake many nights as my sister's room was next to mine
being a big 80s hair band fan ... you gotta go to youtube Steel Panther ... they are an 80s cover hair band and now doing all original music ... very popular all over the world ... saw them in Vegas 3 years ago and the most fun concert ever seen ... and playing here May 1st :0074
