I'm in the market for a car within the next 30 days. Coming out of a lease and I've been toying with the thought of possibly leasing a Hybrid. Does anyone have a Hybrid vehicle and what do you think. Gas here is high, $3.79 today.............just a thought if anyone has experience with these cars, Thanks.

Got this great deal on this new vehicle called Shoe-de-baker. Try the model with Velcro for fast take offs.

I know two people that own them and they love them. But, they might be trying to justify, to themselves, that they made a good decision.

Kinda like the people who have a Mac and iPhone, if you know what I mean

If I bought one gas prices would go back to 98 cents a gallon.

Right now I spend $100 a week just driving to and from work. I'm gonna have to figure out something once things slow down and I have time to think.

Prob leave my truck (13mpg) at work and drive my Caddy (about 20mpg) to see how much that saves.

But, getting a used little car that gets 40mpg might just pay for itself. If it saved me about $60 a week, that might make the payment and save a shit pile of miles on my truck.

I haven't done the figures yet.

If somebody has the time and wants to figure it for me, go right ahead :0008

Boys, seriously! You can't be pulling up or leaving the tittie in a hybrid. You may as well bring your bag for a pennies while you're at it.

I never checked out the hybrids, just figured that for all the extra money they charge for the car you may as well be buying gas for a bigger and more comfortable car.

This year is the first time in my life I have paid attention to gas prices and it is a factor for me with all the driving I'll be doing. Not to mention the 12mpg vans I'll have running the streets.

nope, I will never buy any vehicle that is electric because its just the government forcing me too, if they outlaw the internal combustion engine and I am forced too then I guess I will have no other choice, until then I will keep driving my evil SUV and polluting, fuck the global warming tree huggers...by the way I can afford any vehicle I want, spending 75K for a vehicle is dumb IMO :0008 I just do not like being controlled

good luck with your hybrid Boys

You really are a nasty asshole aren't you........

I just ask a question and here comes mr. negative. The Prius is just one car...........I'd like some info on the other makes and models. Now shut the fuck up bitch.

:SIB

Well wtf u ask a question like u had no clue about the these type of cars :142smilie Here is what an engineer told me about these cars. He said the expensive repairs out weigh the savings on gas. Me i would rather pay for the repairs then give that money to oil companies. My next car will be a Prius.

The government wants everyone to ride bikes and drive electric go carts because of our dependence on foreign oil...DRILL BABY DRILL...we have enough oil in the US for 100's of years, these politicians want to control you. I am not going to be controlled by anyone:0074 in fact I do complete opposite of what they tell me:0008

Right now I'm just trying to do my homework and ask some questions to the current owners and people in the know.............I know very little about these Hybrid's...........but thanks for your input..
