I got mine out and cooked a chicken in it, man it was good, 30 minutes is all you need, fall off the bone.

seasoned, saute it for 10 minutes then 30 minutes high pressure

Great!!! Our grand kids are coming in a couple of days, they like paw paws steaks & Ribs :lol:

I've been tooling around with the Instantpot since Christmas. So far everything we made turned out really good. A week ago, I bought "The top 500 Instant Pot recipes" book and tonight made the Sticky Baby Back Ribs recipe. They were falling off the bone and rich with flavor. I consumed way too many and washed it all down with some Dogfish 60 minute IPA's, I was going to watch some basketball but feel I need to sleep now. I am so glad I bought this Instant Pot.

Just made Pea Soup!

It was absolutely awesome!

This guy has great, easy recipes that have yet to let me down.

I could not find the ham broth, or the ham "Better Than Bouillon", so I used 5 cups chicken broth and beef "Better Than Bouillon". Also used the sour cream at the end, instead of the stuff he uses.

I am NOT a pea soup lover by any means. I made this for my wife. I tried it, and fell in love!

Let me know what you think if you try it!
