I have 3 ideas

I have 3 ideas

1) A MadJacks Stock and/or Mutual Fund?

A large contigent of MJ's members contibute an equal amount of cash and it is invested in the market. There are obviously market gurus in here ! :0074 The fund will be controlled by 3 people, if a decision were to be made on a venture such as this all the details and investors would sign a contract.

2) Of all the places MJ's throws Golf Gigs, Super Bowl parties and other places just to have an excuse to drink and have fun ! :toast: :00hour .

Why not look into buying foreclosed homes that could house some of the crazies here?

Daytona Beach, IMO is a great place to have 3-4 BR places for rentals. The Daytona 500 and Speed Weeks those places make BANK !

Other locations, Las Vegas, Palm Springs, etc... ?

3) I have seen on MSNBC and CNBC Marketwatch, business of the week, 2 guys in CT started an indoor beach volleyball court. Any other location such as Boston, NY, Philly... Make it like a "Jimmy Buffet's, Cheese Burger in Paradise" type atmosphere. The courts, sandboxes for the kids,....

I've got a project going now that involves the same components from a remote control lawnmower although it isn't used for cutting grass.

Until it is finished I can't go into too much detail but if you know me you could probably guess what involves.

You guys are going to shi# when you see what it is really being used for. Between this and Golden Tee, I'll be too busy to go "mudding" anytime soon. :142smilie

If it has anything to do with trimming a little bush, then yes......I will be very impressed. Always wanted to do that from across the room.

I'm thinking about buying a pair of coin-op laundromats. Seriously:facepalm:

Maybe we can run a chain of these nationally:shrug:

Man what a cash cow these are. Pay some stooge to sit in the place, or get a fake CCTV system. Either way, you get a guy "on call." And ultimately, you can print money with this one...

Isn't this one of those situations before you go for the bank loan to buy (like a tow truck industry) the loan officer asks bluntly if you are in the Mafia?

:)

They're pretty pricey Jack.

I did a quick search and about $30K-$40K for a late model used. I haven't found a site that tells the price of new ones yet, only been to 3 sites.

Oh,

I thought you were looking for an established business with tow yard, etc. Were you going to use your back yard, Sanford and Son Style?

Please advise,
J
