Goofball idea alert!!!!

Someone mentioned Elvis in the greatest singer of all-time thread and mentioned it was the anniversary of something for Elvis.

Is the "Everyday Elvis" desktop calendar with the "This day in Elvis History" note on each page?

Like these gems:

I remember trying to get something like this going last year. I guess I don't hold as much local value as Jack - with good reason.

ANYway, I'll help get the Minnesota contingent off the ground...

Considering the possibly lack of NFL this year, maybe we work towards some kind of funny substitute that will make us all famous?

Is there a way to pull in multiple gambling sites and see what the betting trends are? All the sites that I belonged to tend to tell you what the trend is on games (but it is site specific). You could charge people to join and provide real-time updates. They could mark specific games and if there is a point change or major news, etc. it alerts them.

I would be 90% of the betting public only looks at games on Frid/Sat/Sun - mostly due to lack of time during the week. If you setup a site that alerted people throughout the week about 'major' news people would think they are ahead of the game

Someone mentioned baths...
What about a shower that has your favorite shower temp auto set. So you get up in the morning and hit a button and it adjusts the shower to that temp. Thus, you are not always checking the temp.

That bath idea is great for kids. My two would spend an hour in the bath... if the water would stay the right temp

There's plenty of Sales Reps on here.....People spread all over the US/Cand. so distribution shouldn't be much of an issue.....Now all we need is a Product....And $$$$ :0003

I think we should go into dog vest manufacturing with patches on it. We can make a knock-off brand. If Joker is willing to pay $60 for his, a $30 - $40 type vest would be impossible to keep stocked.

Always thought about this. Who knows if I'll ever run with it.

In Boston, when college is in session, they say 1 in 4 people is a student.

Care packages are a pain to send to kids, so why not order one? In the form of Ch. Chip cookies. That, and maybe Oatmeal raisin, and maybe if we start to go to Canada, a Chipwhich option, but I digress...

You would need to source a stainless steel kitchen (per mass law). Then, just perfect a recipe (I have a couple that are dynamite). You'd have to work out something with the schools to get a delivery method worked out.

Social media has been ridiculous for advertising, and then you could just hit the Parent's weekends.

Since everything is local, costs would be cut down substantially.

You would have some cut off times, quick turn arounds to assure freshness...but ultimately, you could charge a decent amount (IMO)...and with a high enough customer count, print money.
