after that blatent cheap shot on Clifton of the Packers... the play is 50 yards away - and he jumps in the air and puts Clifton on the stretcher.
I'm surprised that the Packers coach didn't send someone after Sapp's knees the rest of the game.....Thankfully Sherman had more class in the last hour of play than Sapp will have in his lifetime...
Don't get me wrong, blocking someone when the play is on the other side of the field is fine... but cheapshotting someone like Sapp did is unforgiveable...
The acceptable suspension for Sapp would be, he can play when Chad Clifton is 100% again and ready to play...if that means Sapp is out for the season, so be it.... It would be just reward..
I can't see any way that he won't be suspended once the league reviews the play - I'm guessing 2 games - which is not nearly enough....
Just my honest opinion...
