Fellas, quick question. If I take all ML dogs through the pre-new year's games for 1 unit a piece, what type of unit outcome should I expect considering the results from the past 3-4 years? Thanks for the help.

Don't do foots much anymore but been keep tally on money line dogs in bowls since 1999 and same trends seem to always play out.
For tracking purposes I put $20 @ Pinn on all dogs with line of +3 or more in Dec Bowl games--(never mess with Jan games) will use to track 05-06 games and tally up at conclusion.

I think the dogs ml record speaks for itself but has anyone who would be betting for against minnesota actually see minn play?!?!?
Minnesota played in a much tougher conference than Virginia and has an incredible rushing attack. By the way remember when Minnesota played the #1 rushing defense in OSU. They still put up 24 or something, even though they lost.
But according to Pinnacle, Virginia is a +3.5 and I dont see how they are going to keep up with Minnesota's offense.

Why are you only playing dogs that are +3 or more? By looking at the numbers, I think it makes more sense to play on all dogs from +1 to +10. I only saw a couple dogs of +10 or more win straight up (Ohio St. & Wyoming). I'm considering playing exactly what you did, only throwing out Rutgers, Nebraska, and Arkansas St. Although, Rutgers & Nebraska are borderline. I am also curious of what lines you are using for your data, opening or closing. All feedback will be appreciated.

Kirk Don't follow my example--I don't follow foots any more just keeping stats from angles I found years ago that seemed to pan out every year. Got most of them originally back in late 90's from Jeff Nelson at nellie Sports. Lot of same data used that AR refered to in his 10 commandments--however appears AR has some interesting inputs on more current trends also. Reason I used lines of +3 or more is figure one could hit 30% and still come out decent.
Lines I used were @ Pinnacle at day thread was brought back up (12-07). I printed all lines there that day for grading purposes at conclusion.

When the team who outrushes the opponent covers 72% of the time, is that IN THE BOWL GAMES or is that the team who outrushed the opponent DURING THE SEASON?
If its in the bowl games are we to assume that we play the team who outrushed their opponent during the season? How else do we know before the game who is going to outrush?
