Yup you got me, The Boys has retained my services "Pro BONO" so to speak.......:SIB

If you look at the standings in the contest below:

penguinfan.....-6.....6.....0.... (29-31)
Sportsaholic.....5.....-6.....-1.....(29-28)
TheBoys.....2.....-3.....-1.....(30-30)

I finished right dab in the middle....so yes this peaked my interest.......The Boys has more "wins" 30-29....as stated in PF's highlighted post, see below.

PF then posted this Gem:

Which led to this Gem:

1. 5 plays a week, sides or totals. No parlays or gimmicks. No moneylines. Duration of the regular season.

2. I will flip a coin for my 5 plays since I haven't handicapped in a while.

3. We use the closing line from a book of your choice as long as it can be accessed and verified by someone other than us if need be.

4. Most wins against the spread or total is the winner.

Loser leaves the forum for good. Since you have already proven you can't keep your word on something like that we must have Jack's blessing that he will ban the loser.

My terms are simple and non-negotiable.

So yes, I'm confused by what PF has posted......Any more questions?

I'm not sure where we disagreed in the past that you have this witch hunt going on, but how can I be anymore clear than I have already been on this?

Read the entire thread, don't just pick and choose. If you can't figure it out after that, well, I probably can't help you.

I'm sure others can see what I am saying. Sorry you don't like that he lost. I'm actually on the verge of telling Jack to just forget it and let him back in because it seems to be an unpopular decision with some members who I didn't even know I had a problem with.

I really didn't want to be a prick about this, but I might just dig my heels in here and be the bad guy.

Are you kidding me?

Are you?

hung jury n. slang for a hopelessly deadlocked jury in a criminal case, in which neither side is able to prevail. Usually it means there is no unanimous verdict (although in Oregon and Louisiana 10 of 12 jurors can convict or acquit). If the jury is hung the trial judge will declare a mistrial. A new trial from scratch, with a new jury panel, is required. The prosecutor can decide not to re-try the case, particularly if a majority of the jury favored acquittal. (See: jury, dismissal, trial, mistrial)

There is no way anyone with an IQ over 15 is confused by what the rules/terms were.

I know you don't like this and I'm honestly sorry about that. Had he shown an ounce of decency or respect we wouldn't be here going through this.
