I just read the entire chain of posts, holy shit I need to start drinking again or find something better do to, but the part that concerns me is that Penguin says his offer that Jack agreed to was non-negotiable, however with those terms he lost, so technically I guess Penguin either lost by his own non-negotiable terms or The Boys lost by the negotiated terms that Jack did not agree too.

Either way it was a good reread and it is obvious you two do not like each other. I say you both "win", The Boys is reincarnated like Hulk Hogan coming back from the dead, he slowly shakes his arms and gets the crowd pumped up and we have a REMATCH next season or better yet this March Madness Tourney, but instead of ban, Let's do a donation to a charity of the winners choosing, I dont think The Boys would skate on a charitable donation would he???

I don't really understand why there is even talk of him coming back. He made a bet that he lost and the bet was to be permanently banned from here.

if someone made a bet with a bookie and then lost and proceeded to tell the bookie that instead of paying the whole wager they'll just pay a quarter or half, how would that turn out?

can we treat 'the boys' and this fiasco like a "hostage situation" where we can bring 'the boys' back and let two or three other posters go in his place...

So what is sportsaholic talking about? I'm not going to research old threads.

Some say The Boys won and some say Penguin won.

WTF?

I think what he's saying is when this ends up in court you're screwed from a legal standpoint for banning The Boys......:0008
