beautiful day, takes the day off to do some fishing and getting some relaxation.

as always, he takes his best friend with him, a 5th generation, show dog, doberman. hey, they're best buds.

btw, this dog is 140 pounds and a big baby lapdog. one of the most friendly dogs you would ever meet. he wouldn't hurt a fly, period.

so they're fishing on a pond at a local farm. about 45 minutes into their fun notice 3 people coming over to them. as the 3 people get closer he notices that 2 are cops (1 male, 1 female) and a farmer type.

the dog, friendly as always, runs over to say hi to the folks stopping by. as the dog approaches the group, wagging his tail, the farmer blows him away when he gets about 5 feet away. 12 gauge shotgun to the head. dead immediately.

HOLY SHIT! WHAT DID HE DO? NOTHING? WHY? WHY? WHY? MY DOG, MY BABY, MY FRIEND. WHY?

farmer said the dog was growling, but the cops confirm he wasn't and the dog was not even looking at the farmer, he was going up to the female cop to be pet.

anyway, long story short, he was tresspassing and there's nothing he can do to the ****ing farmer legally.

ain't THAT some shit?

i'm crying as i type.

Contact PETA...they should give that fcuker a lot of grief for what he did....:gf:

I tried to stay out of this thread in respect to Jacks brother and the loss of his dog.

The fact is he was trespassing. The farmer more than likely walked down and saw him and also saw the dog. Anyone who owns property and sees a dog of this size can only assume it was a threat. It more than likely prevented the farmer from approaching and just telling him to leave.

The farmer could have had many problems like this over the years and was just fed up. More than likely the cops were either sheriffs in the county or game wardens that the farmer knew well. They may not think about not letting the farmer protect himself if he told them a large dog was with the person fishing his pond. In Georgia you can carry a rifle on your own property and cops cannot really question it under these circumstances. They take trespassing seriously in Georgia.

If I was going fish the guys land, I would have had my dog on a leash. You can't just let him run free on someone elses land. And if you did , you would have to have him voice trained to get him to come back when you called him. A doberman approaching these people could easily be considered a threat. I would have been running towards the group and calling my dog, and telling them the dog was not a threat. Shoot me and not the dog bitchs, would have been my attitude.

The farmer went over the boundarys but maybe he was trying to get the word out that he would not take it anymore.

anyone who advocates the type of revenge Agent is talking about will end up in prison. If not sooner than later. Its a skewed way of thinking and responding.

I don't care if you wait a year or ten. Murder is murder and it would be aggressively pursued.
The first question from the detectives to the guys wife , family would be , is there anyone that would have a reason to do this to your husband. Uh well there was this one incident where this guy was trespassing and my husband shot his dog.

uh oh. Its downhill from there. Wouldn't take long to track down posssible suspects.

You also cannot account for being seen by someone or making a mistake.
What if you miss and just wound him. You going to Old Country Men style his ass with a walk up and shoot him in the head ? Yeh right. Easy to say you would.

Too many if and buts to think like this. And what it comes down to would you put your family, livlihood, and life in prison over this. It's hard but you just got to move on from this.

Even property damage is going too far. Cooler heads need to prevail.

Some of you been watching too many Charles Bronson movies lately.

Good luck thinking like this Coach Knight

I don't use the guns I own to plot revenge murders on people.

Now if this same farmer came on my property with his shotgun, and I thought he growled, even a little bit, it would not be good for this years crops coming in.

Scott! Spoke to my wife about this situation. She said that you're correct. Cooler heads will prevail. But com'on. There has to be some sort of vindication.

You're also right about me being stupid. That's why I am hanging around with a retard like you.

To Madjack's brother: I hope you find resolution soon.

See thats the thing about me, I know the right things to do. And I know laws.

But if that had been me I would have had my .45 with me. When the farmer shot my dog , he would have probably been dead.

But then to cover that offense I would have had to also shoot the two sherrifs.

I guess if I had time I could have buried them in the field or thrown them in the lake. It all gets very messy in a situation like that.

I could see Agent being with me. I hand him the gun and say, the farmers still moving Agent, do the dirty and put him out of his misery. Go ahead put one behind the bastids ear.

Agent would already be a accessory and would be serving felony prison time. With a small child and a family to raise, how would he feel about taking revenge to the next level over someone else's dog.

Its only hypothetical , because I would never have put myself in that situation to begin with.

My only recourse at that point would be to plead insanity or maybe they would accept the fact I was a fawking retard. I have witnesses of said fact.

Jack - sorry to carry on like this. I don't mean to be flippant in any way. I am very sorry this happened and I can just imagine what your brother is going through with this.

Maybe you should close this thread.

Does anyone know where this sad, sad story took place? I would love to find out just so I know what police force in this country is the dumbest letting armed citizens accompany them on such a incident, and also want to find out what the heck they are feeding their dogs because that is one big honkin' Doberman.

Anyone at all know what town this happened in? Thanks and God Bless. :SIB

i'll have all the details today or tomorrow after i talk to my brother.

thanks for all the replies.

there's nothing legally he can do because he was trespassing. in atlanta you're allowed to carry a weapon on your own property. he used to fish that pond years ago with no problem. the dog is never on a leash because he's so well trained. brother spoke to 4 or 5 lawyers over the phone and none were interested in the case. i guess my brother exagerated about the dog's weight or i misunderstood. the ****er is BIG. last i talked to him he was going to contact peta.

that's all i know.

"the bunker"
scott...did you miss the part that the guy appraoched jack`s brother ACCOMPANIED BY 2 COPS.......

first off, jack,i don`t understand why the cops allowed the farmer to carry a weapon into a situation in which the farmer obviously wasn`t thinking straight....and even if he was thinking straight, doesn`t matter...that`s ridiculous...even in podunk-ville...

what do the cops do if they come to a domestic violence call and somebody`s walking around with a gun?...

a robbery?....a traffic stop?....anything?...the first order of business is taking that gun...

the cops are even more culpable here than the farmer...

i`m sorry for sounding like the tough guy,but i know i would have lost it... i gotta say,if it had been me,it might have been alot worse than this because i`d have either gotten shot by the farmer, too,or that farmer would be in the hospital having that gun extracted from his ass...

Jack, post the c*cksucker's name and address so every MadJack's member can send this dirtbag 20 letters letting him know what a piece of shit he is. Perfectly legal and harrassment is probably the only legal action available.
