i can't even imagine why the cops would let the property owner carry a loaded weapon with him. WTF is that all about? the cops are armed if needed. sheese!

jack...i`m stupified....wtf were the cops doing letting this yokel approach someone with a gun?.....

how could they be so f-cking inept?...

jack,my heart aches for your brother....i had to rush our cat to the vet this morning after she had a horrific diabetic seizure in which her sugar dropped to 14....

just a traumatic rush to the vet to get her an i.v....now i feel like i need to see a doctor..

jesus...reading this story makes me sick....if i lived in your brother`s area,i`d consider doing a little work on this farmer as a favor to you...

that`s devastating... so sorry for your brother...

this makes my stomach sick. I had a trained service dog (Boxer) for 12 + years. Family from middle East moved into condo next to me. This dog stayed right next to me at all time. Would never stray more than 5 feet away. Everyone in the complex liked the dog. Anyway middle Eastern Family (father) tells me to keep the dog away from his kids, they're scared of dogs, and have been attacked. Seems strange to me, because every time the kids are around, they run over to pet the dog.

Finally guy sees me alone & tells me dogs in his culture are DIRTY AND DEVILISH, I tell him in your culture, don't you let cows walk all over the street shitting all over the place? Then I tell him, I have lived in this town my entire life, and dog has been here over a decade, maybe you should find another place to live.

Couple weeks later, dog is laying motionless on my living room floor. Alive, but won't move, warned milk, cooked chicken, dog wouldn't move. Took it to animal hospital that evening. Vet tells me "this dog has been poisoned suffering kidney failure.

Had to put the dog down. Had no choice. Friends of mine wanted to kill this guy literally. We settled on completely destroying his new vehicle. Slashed all the tires, took out every window, poured some kind of cement in his gas tank etc. they move out quickly after that.

I really had no solid evidence like you Jack, you head officers witness that killing, and that's what it amounts to murder of a animal. Have your brother contact PETA, OR SPCA, get one of their lawyers, they will do a job on this guy legally. If that doesn't work, I would definitely burn his barn or whatever property he has down. Fuk him!

Normally I'm not for vigalante justice, but understand your reasoning Shamrock, can't imagine what that would feel like. Could see my friends doing something similiar.

Also probably the best idea of the thread is to see what a PETA lawyer has to say, if someone is going to take the case, have to think it would be them.

Still makes me sick to think about it.

I don't think PETA is the answer, but who knows; even the ACLU takes good cases on occasion.

We sure have a lot of vigilantes on this site. Kinda scary!!

Pets are great, loyal friends and family members while we have them, but when stuff like this happens, either natural or otherwise, it always makes me stop to think I shouldn't have anymore because it hurts so bad when they go.

I know some of you think since I hunt I don't give a chit about animals, but I really, really do; especially when we are talking about domestic pets.

I have already informed my wife that when our two dogs die, that is it for pets.

I would definately kill all of his fish in the pond he was fishing in. Its not that hard. A few chemicals after dark and they are all dead. Have somebody else buy the stuff.

If he opts for revenge factor he needs to do something he can't get caught at as he will be prime suspect.
If I was in his shoes would opt to wait 6 months or longer and slip in and put valve grinding compound in his most expensive piece of farm machinery crankcase via oil spout--will take about 100 hours of use to destroy engine beyond repair and will appear as normal wear and tear.

Tearing up his possessions won't do any good, insurance covers that shit. What DTB said would work but not near harsh enough IMO. Killing some innocent fish won't solve shit.

You have to torture this phucker, plain and simple. Make it look like a robbery or something, just take a year to let the dust settle, then pounce on him one night when he's leaving the Old Country Buffet.

Does the farmer have daughters? Find out where they hang out, and turn one of them out;)

Send him the photos, or better yet the video tape of his daughter moaning like a whore and begging for more:00hour

I tried to stay out of this thread in respect to Jacks brother and the loss of his dog.

The fact is he was trespassing. The farmer more than likely walked down and saw him and also saw the dog. Anyone who owns property and sees a dog of this size can only assume it was a threat. It more than likely prevented the farmer from approaching and just telling him to leave.

The farmer could have had many problems like this over the years and was just fed up. More than likely the cops were either sheriffs in the county or game wardens that the farmer knew well. They may not think about not letting the farmer protect himself if he told them a large dog was with the person fishing his pond. In Georgia you can carry a rifle on your own property and cops cannot really question it under these circumstances. They take trespassing seriously in Georgia.

If I was going fish the guys land, I would have had my dog on a leash. You can't just let him run free on someone elses land. And if you did , you would have to have him voice trained to get him to come back when you called him. A doberman approaching these people could easily be considered a threat. I would have been running towards the group and calling my dog, and telling them the dog was not a threat. Shoot me and not the dog bitchs, would have been my attitude.

The farmer went over the boundarys but maybe he was trying to get the word out that he would not take it anymore.

anyone who advocates the type of revenge Agent is talking about will end up in prison. If not sooner than later. Its a skewed way of thinking and responding.

I don't care if you wait a year or ten. Murder is murder and it would be aggressively pursued.
The first question from the detectives to the guys wife , family would be , is there anyone that would have a reason to do this to your husband. Uh well there was this one incident where this guy was trespassing and my husband shot his dog.

uh oh. Its downhill from there. Wouldn't take long to track down posssible suspects.

You also cannot account for being seen by someone or making a mistake.
What if you miss and just wound him. You going to Old Country Men style his ass with a walk up and shoot him in the head ? Yeh right. Easy to say you would.

Too many if and buts to think like this. And what it comes down to would you put your family, livlihood, and life in prison over this. It's hard but you just got to move on from this.

Even property damage is going too far. Cooler heads need to prevail.

Some of you been watching too many Charles Bronson movies lately.

Good luck thinking like this Coach Knight

What about my plan of boning his daughter:shrug: As long as she's 17+, then there would be no legal ramifications.
