steamed shrimp or grilled shimp is very low calorie and one of my favorite foods anyway.

another relatively easy diet loss plan is to eliminate all soft drinks, including the diet or no caffeine types. I stopped drinking all colas on jan 1st and weighed 210, in early march, like the first or second day I weighed 195, all I did other than not drink soda's was to eliminate white breads, went to wheat but kept the same diet.

Nobody asked.

How did your stint in Mississippi hanging roofs for the Katrina victims go? Was kind of hard to picture that one, if you know what I mean.

Jack-that fruit in the blender thing would be better for you if you added a few things.Mine includes a scoop of whey(it comes in powder form with a 4 tablespoon scoop in it.whey is protien) and a tablespoon of flaxseed oil along with a cup and 1/4 of frozen fruit(I use strawberries raspberries and blueberries) 12 oz water and a dash of pure cranberry juice to flavor up the water a bit.I've been eating this for breakfast and to occasionally fill me up between "meals" for two years now.Its a perfect meal.try adding the whey and flaxseed oil to your fruit and water and you'll lose more and it'll taste better too.you need the protein and fat with the carbs to get the synergistic effect that causes optimum weight loss.I was given a book called the Fat Flush (author Gittleman)by a woman I've known all my life who's made developing her physique a lifelong quest.there is a website with by that name with low carb recipes which would link nicely with what you are doing.I'm seeing some friends I haven't seen in 30 years this september and am using that as motivation to drop some unwanted waistline.Already feel fantastic and am just starting.good luck to you.

what kind of busting ass, mama? shuffling papers around or bringing bricks to a bricklayer :D

the latter receives lots of calories for compensation.

still at 216 but still haven't stepped up on the treadmill yet. took a slide to 218 but weighed in at a solid 216 this morning.

ONWARD!

probably somewhere in between.....LOL

Flinging approximately 10,000 lbs of luggage per day. (and when up in the bin of a plane, probably sweat out a pint per flight.... 4 flights on normal work shifts)

can't wait until John Deere Classic time when our golf club load quadruples or beyond. :(

Mama, what airline do you work for? I used to work for Delta, and yes what you do is really hard work.

Do the guys give you any crap, it's hard enough doing that work without taking any crap.

Good Luck.

Congrats on the weight loss so far Jack. I've been doing Atkins since Feb. 6 and have dropped 81 pounds. I'm only half way to my goal.. but it's working well. My goal was to drop 100 by my cruise on June 2. I might fall a few pounds short, but I'm still very happy. I was thinking about mixing things up when I get back from my cruise, and I think your plan might just be the trick. Keep up the good work. Maybe you and I can get on the golf course this summer with Agent.
