I was wondering when this administration was going to get it's big "health scare" to keep the public in check.

weasel(that`s me) just invented and is marketing a special " Swine Flu Prevention Kit?"......no sense in taking chances....
for a mere $5 it can be yours....

US declares public health emergency for swine flu

WASHINGTON ? The U.S. declared a public health emergency Sunday to deal with the emerging new swine flu, much like the government does to prepare for approaching hurricanes.
Officials reported 20 U.S. cases of swine flu in five states so far, with the latest in Ohio and New York. Unlike in Mexico where the same strain appears to be killing dozens of people, cases in the United State have been mild ? and U.S. health authorities can't yet explain why.
"As we continue to look for cases, we are going to see a broader spectrum of disease," predicted Dr. Richard Besser, acting chief of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. "We're going to see more severe disease in this country."
At a White House news conference, Besser and Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano sought to assure Americans that health officials are taking all appropriate steps to minimize the impact of the outbreak.
Top among those is declaring the public health emergency. As part of that, Napolitano said roughly 12 million doses of the drug Tamiflu will be moved from a federal stockpile to places where states can quickly get their share if they decide they need it. Priority will be given to the five states with known cases so far: California, Texas, New York, Ohio and Kansas.
Napolitano called the emergency declaration standard operating procedure ? one was declared recently for the inauguration and for flooding. She urged people to think of it as a "declaration of emergency preparedness."
"Really that's what we're doing right now. We're preparing in an environment where we really don't know ultimately what the size of seriousness of this outbreak is going to be."

of course this was cultured in a laboratory...the c.i.a.developed it and released it in a train station in downtown mexico city...that way, the drug cartels will be so panicked they will go ballistic, toppling the government of mexico, allowing us to move in to fix the damage (using "halliburton" as the prime contractor of course)...
see, we get mexico's oil at below market prices and we enrich all the folks in our inside circle who have a piece of halliburton....
just like we did in iraq, we'll steal all the oil, and there's nothing you can do to stop us...

we had a horrible flu pandemic in 1918...killed millions and debilitated several times that amount....
then we had the hong kong flu....
now, swine flu...
it was only a matter of time....will this be the pandemic scientists and medical experts had dreaded or will it fizzle? ...who frickin` knows?...
i read that a pandemic involving influenza has not only been overdue for years, but with the way people can travel around the world, the threat from an outbreak is multiplied.....
so,considering the potential chaos that could ensue,i`m also offering an upgrade on the basic "Swine Flu Kit ?" on sale for the low,low cost of $99.95(shipping and handling/tx not included)...

Exactly how do you get this flu? Do you have to be in contact with pigs? I was in Walmart the other day and I saw several dressed in sweat suits...
i wonder if "sheik/kanuck" is in a hissy over this "swine" flu?...
