The only question I have is how did they know that he was a member here?
Did he click the box saying Madjack's referred him before he did his fraud scheme?

So let me get this straight.....
He deposits $200 somehow....loses it immediately....then reverses the charges saying they are fraudulent....thus the sportrsbook has no recourse to get their $200?
Have I summed it up? Am I missing anything here?

As I stated in another thread, I emailed him and hope he comes in to apologize and clear this whole thing up.
By clear up....you mean pay the $200? Personally I could go without the song and dance apology like the one from 2002. Sequels generally suck
I had no idea about this as it was brought to my attention via facebook just now by a fellow madjacker. I dont podt on the forum hardly ever and mostly just lurk. I did make a deposit via echeck for $200 and lost with it. Never reupped or got an email from them saying anything was wrong. Ill will contact them in the morning and take care of it.
Wasnt angle shooting anyone. Fellow madjackers on facebook know my name number and address. Wouldnt do something like that to a book, not now, ten years ago when i was young and stupid i probably would have as referenced by my mistakes with thegreek which i never hid from anyone here.

Okay, but I was referring to apologizing to Jack as its his business and sponsor.
I just had the means to tap him on the shoulder and say your presence is requested.

I hope this is true and you do clear it up. I realize I am a fairly new member, but I understand what a great site and forum madjacks is. When shit like this happens, people who are not aware of what madjacks is about most likely assume that actions like yours are a reflection of what madjacks members are like. Most people on this site from what I have read seem like standup good guys who I would drink a coors light with anyday. I am in a fantasy league with other members and can say I extremley enjoy it. I do not know you, so cannot say if I think your a stiff and you did this intentionally, or if it was a mistake. Regardless, fix it and make it correct. If not for your own personal reasons, do it for Jack. He put his neck on the line allowing madjacks too reccomend you too the book, and he doesnt deserve to have too answer for this. FIX IT for everyone here at madjacks.
Looks like Jack owes him an apology. Hopefully Jack tried to contact him before dragging his name through the mud.

Just got off the phone with SIA accounts and everything will be taken care of im the morning as their deposit options are western union or prepaid visa gift cards.
Although it is my responsibility to make sure funds are in place which they were i am suprised that i am hearing about this second hand as my phone number, email, and home address are current on their site. And it will be taken care in the morning.
I was made aware of this and these threads via facebook by woodson in a private message.
I take responsiblilty for my actions in the past but i do believe i was singled out here as a simple email would have sufficed from jack instead of a public outcry.
Ive always loved these forums and respect jack for letting me be a part of the community. But i lurk here now semiregularly and rarely post. If i had known about this from the onset it would been taken care of immediately
I do not post here regularly but i do read a lot.
