First of all, I didnt bet the game, but it drives me nuts watching Tressel play 1960's football with all of the talent he has on this team. Run, Run, Pryor scramble is consistently the calls. I have yet to see Pryor stretch the field with his arm, he is the designated hand off machine. I will say the kid from Iowa has been lights out and if it wasnt for drops, Iowa could have 24 points on the board.

Tressel is an idiot. Would love for Iowa to come back and win. This guy is so vanilla in his play calling.

I can't believe I thought Ohio State would blow out an Iowa team coming into its stadium with its tail between its legs and a fucking back up Freshman QB.

Go Iowa. Fuck my money. I want Iowa to win and get embarrassed in the BCS bowl.

It's crazy how a couple games can affect people's perceptions...

Under Tressel, OSU is 3-3 straight up in BCS bowl games, and 4-2 ATS (including last year's Fiesta Bowl cover against Texas where the Longhorns needed a huge drive late to avoid an outright OSU win).

They have failed to cover twice in BCS games, and one was a game in which their most explosive player was knocked out of the game on the opening kickoff. The other "blowout" was by a whopping 14 points against a loaded LSU team, which likely would have been undefeated and a big favorite if not for several significant injuries in the regular season.

Losing Ted Ginn had very little to do with the end result in the game against Florida. Florida dominated Ohio State in the trenches on both sides of the ball with nowhere near the same talent level at the skill position. You have a little bit of a case about LSU and OSU, but no matter whom OSU plays they have just as much if not more talent! Yeah they took a Texas team to the final gun, but that Horns team came into the game flat thinking that should of been in the title game. Im not a big fan of Tressels ball, he waste tons of talent trying to play field position and clock management. With the amount of talent that he has had come through Columbus during his reign, he should be a near automatic 11 or 12 game winner each year especially playing in a weak conference as the Big 10. With his handling of Pryor, I would be surprised if he is able to recruit a top 5 QB in the future, as Pryor stated he was going to OSU to learn how to become an NFL QB, and with his development so far, the only playing he will do in the NFL is as a WR or Wildcat QB.
