Liquor store.
ONE guy is this city owns ALL the liquor licenses. ALL of them. So, therefore, he owns ALL the liquor stores and won't sell to anybody who wants to open one. He sells to restaurant and bars at a ridiculous price. It's like $200K to get Beer, Wine and Liquor here. Just for the license.

Rita's Italian Ice............$$$$$$$$$$

Vitamin World is > than GNC...imo GNC cuts 3/4 of the possible clientele out..and those people are your average people that go to the gym or looking for specific vitamins....gnc caters to the gym rats (however gym rats are loyal buyers)...but the bodybuilding crew is finally smartening up and realizing that 75% of those over advertised supplements are nothing but shit...and you dont need them

I can't find franchise info on Vitamin World

I can't see paying the price they want for Rita's. I just can't imagine that paying a nice salary.

There's a nice looking liquor store in Nashville that looks pretty sweet, but I'm not moving to Nashville. Looking for something clean and easy like this.

Jack, I dont know about where you live...but Ritas in PA are gold mines.....1st off youre only open 7 months max...you have little overhead and a small little shack and hire HS kids for minimum wage...this little thing attracts kids baseball, softball, summer basketball teams like flys on horseshit....

to boot you can get a little cart and take it to sporting events, concerts, car shows, carnivals, picnics, etc...

most people have more than one and take in the coin.then take off for 5 months..im assuming they are pricey is because they make money....

I have never seen a Chic Fil A doing poorly.

Then again, I hear they have a pretty rigorous vetting process for potential owners, and with a Christian background, your ownership of a gambling website may hurt your chances :sadwave:

They need to start opening on Sunday's
