The other night I was out with friends watching monday night game and afterwards they bring in a guy to play free "bullshit bingo". I'd never played but I did and it was basically free bingo with prizes given away such as a free appetizer or free shots etc... i noticed that quite a few people showed up specifically to play as they all seemed to enjoy it. The DJ said several times that "I shouldn't have to tell adults this, but you can only play one card at a time". At one point I went to the head and there are two men in their late 50's I'm guessing, hiding four extra cards and cheating at free bingo! Wtf? I quietly pointed out to them that it was a shitty thing to do and they should be ashamed of themselves. They laughed until I asked if they taught their kids to cheat, if they're going to find that acceptable behaviour when they get cheated out of something. They of course responded with typical dumbass shit and got mad at me and agreed like idiots. Surprisingly, one of them won. When he went up for his prize a woman accused him of cheating and pointed out the extra cards. He then laughed, lied about it and said they were old, collected his prize and left the bar shortly thereafter. That's theft. That's displaying no heart. Playing the game as hard as you can and still not finding success is so far removed from being heartless it isn't even funny.
