Egg salad and tuna, Jack, the obviously most gas producing sandwiches possible for our patients [emoji40]

Wednesday night

Met my friend Alex, and we ate at Gordon Bierch's. It was good, and not too expensive, but we went to Ellis Island first for BBQ and were turned away at 7:15 PM (1.5 hour wait). I can't catch a break with the BBQ! Either sold out or a gigantic wait. It's frikkin Tuesday and Wednesday night! Anyway, my asparagus was not cooked completely, and my fish was a tad over cooked, but the dessert kicked ass. We headed back to Ellis Island to cash my winning sports wager (Blazers second half under). Smurphy said it was a lucky win, but I'm pretty sure it was a lock the whole way. Alex some way got a $97 free play of which he was able to cash out $130. I lost $10.

We parted ways, so I went to Planet Hollywood as suggested by the Trooper. On the long walk from the parking garage, I decided to stop for a 20 minute massage. I really need to do this more often; it was very nice. Poker was good to start, and I was a $300 winner fast

I lost all of it back though when they splashed the pot with $250, and my AQ was defeated by K4 hearts and a rivered flush  it was over a $500 pot. I decided to sit down at roulette and hit my 11 right off the bat. 6 was three numbers later, and I left there a $175 winner. I then pissed away a bit playing slots, and I was staring down a $140 loss on the night.

I decided to give BJ a shot. PH only had 6/5 tables available except in the high limit room, and I'm not Madjack, so I gave it a $100 shot. The dealer stroked me, and I left with $430 10 minutes later. That puts me with $190 more in my pocket than I started the night with including expenses, so a good result.

I also saw 3 security guards wrestle down a girl and a drunk guy who was trying to be a good friend and restrain his drunk friend to keep him out of trouble when they eventually starting fighting and had to be broken up and taken off. Both were funny and entertaining. Vegas, baby! People generally get away with a lot in LV before being taken away, so I figure the girl must have assaulted a guard. I could hear her screaming back in the employee only area in the back after they took her away.

I stopped at Silver Sevens on the way home bc I have heard they have food cheap food. How's this for cheap? 3 biscuits and gravy with water to drink! That's a win to end the night!

The Silver Sevens had a poker game running. 1/2 limit with a max buyin of $20 [emoji23] My buddy from the Westgate was there working his second job, so I sat down and promptly doubled up then lost it all. No sweat haha. I walked over to BJ where it's all 3/2. An old ass smelling man was sitting on third base playing $10/$10, and a MAAW was playing first, so I sat in the middle. They were winning, so I didn't get in. End of the shoe, the man goes to the bathroom. The dealer deals me 2 wins in a row, so I'm up $60. The old man gets there, and puts out his bet, so I told him we were winning, and he tells me he will sit out once. Blackjack! I'm up $120 now after three straight hands. Old ass smell puts out his $10 dollar bets, and says, "This is my table! U can't come here and be the table boss and tell me not to play!" I lower my bet to $20, dealer of course gets the BJ, I tell old ass smell, "see what happens?" He goes into a rant and pointing in my face and raising his voice at me, lol. I told him I hoped he lost every hand, and I pushed my chips forward for a quick $100 win.

I'm not sure how old ass smell did, but hopefully the old codger lost all his money. Lots of these guys in Las Vegas unfortunately. It's daylight now, so I'm finished with a long good night of gambling.

Stinky wasn't the reason you won/lost money. You know better.

He absolutely was the reason I lost. He changed the cards. I was completely calm too; he was the prick who started getting testy.

PS I haven't set foot back in Binions haha!

How about a poker hand from last night... I like these, so here goes.

65: Q[emoji813]️Q[emoji815]️ in the hijack
Villain 1 UTG
Villain 2 one to my right

Villain 1 seems to have a good poker acumen. He is a drinking tourist, but he isn't toast. He bet out previously in early position and folded to my raise when I had TPTK. He doesn't play a lot of hands. He has around $200

Villain 2 is a recreational tourist on his third $100 buyin. He mostly calls and folds. I read him as pretty weak. He has $125.

65 is winning and aggressive. I have bluffed and won some, but I haven't shown. I have won several big pots with the nuts. I would say I am seen as aggressive when in pots but not loose. I have about $425.

Donkey in mid position who is inconsequential to the hand makes it $7 to me preflop, and I just call trying to mix it up and be tricky  5 players to the flop including me and the two villains.

The flop is J 6 5 rainbow
V1 bets $45 into the $35 pot. Folds to
V2 who calls.
I make it $145.
V1 goes all in for a little more.
V2 goes all in for less.

What do u think these guys had?

I'll hit enter a bunch and post below.

Villain 1 had two black kings to have me completely crushed. He actually hit a set on the river to beat Villain 2 who had
A set of 6's on the flop. I'm putting them all in with the worst hand, but how can I put him on pocket kings when he doesn't raise preflop?? Doesn't everybody raise with those? I guess not...

I had a nice winning session at the Aria early this am. I played 2 hours and finished up $540. The highlight was when I was in a three way pot with 7[emoji814]️7[emoji812]️

The flop was 2[emoji815]️6[emoji814]️5[emoji814]️

Bet of 30 from a wild drunk idiot, call, I raised to 75, drunk folds after three minutes, caller goes all in for $50 more, and the board runs out 8[emoji814]️ 9[emoji814]️

The other guy had a set of 6s, so I thoroughly bad beat him; I mean that's a sick beat, but it's about time I won a hand like that.

8ccd09b87707a4303485a740abd3f750.jpg

I stacked the drunk 2 times after that, but the table broke, and I was happy with my win, so out of there. I went to Caesars to get in some time and promptly lost $140 though. I think I'm done with the Diamond chase. I'm just snake bitten at Caesars Palace. I need arrow to come out and use my card playing nickel blackjack for a few hours. That would get it! U available, Dave, haha!?

I'm going to the great gift wrap up later today offered by offered by Caesars entertainment. You have to get things in person, and I hear they have lots of nice things. I have over 40,000 points, so that might be a $10 gift card or it might be a television. I have no clue the value. I'll post what I get later.

Total Rewards Great Gift Wrap-Up

I received an email about this a few weeks ago, but I really didn't know more than that. You earn these gift points that are different than tier credits or reward credits. I'm not sure how they accumulate, but I have 44,000 of them

You have to pick these up in person, so I went to the Paris. I found this sign,

And I headed to the ballroom.

Once I got in, I realized it's all decorated for Christmas with carolers and Santa.

A few more pictures inside, and the area I settled on, gift cards.

Every 35,000 points is worth $100, so with regifting in mind, I scooped up gas and Starbucks cards. Pretty nice for being a complete surprise. Some of the other patrons were telling me that MLife does the same as do all the casinos. I'll have to see what other freebies I might have.

Upstairs watching sports on the big TV.
Indian Casinos

Indian Casinos

Have DEFINITELY dented Las Vegas and Reno.

Never thought in my lifetime I would see Casinos in Bible-land Oklahoma.

Now there are 70+ across the state.

True, some are "bumps on the road" some are actually destination resorts.

I have 5 within a 35 mile radius, 10 within a 50 mile radius.
They all seem to be prospering. If the Indians ever got Sports Booking, watch out.

They tried to put one in the small community where I live and
the church people got out in force and the project was canned, it was 70% completed, sits there empty.

No, illegal on Indian grounds due to gambling class restrictions, to my knowledge. They have electronic roulette tables.....talk about seriously bogus.

How about Bubble craps? :popcorn2

I have only been 2 a couple casinos nearby, (saving my ammo for Vegas this fall- winter) TUFF to find VidPok locally, no bubble craps have I seen...the new "Big Bang slot" is kinda cool :SIB

Bubble craps is fun, low limit craps. Something different, relaxing, and a lot of fun. Good drinking game too.
