getting a new grill, seeking advice

I checked out "the forums" over there, and read the thread titles of a few.

It looked like more than a handful were of the "HELP!" variety. I don't like that, right off the bat.

Cooking on a "grill", should not be rocket science.

Seriously though an egg is great, but a true smoker is about the time spent drinking and fellowshiping as opposed to throwing the meat on to get done. Eggs are good for some while smokers are better for others:shrug:

I guess if you have nothing but time on your hands, a non-gas grill seems appropriate . . .

i don't like gas anymore and i do have the time ;)

slow cook some beef for like 16 hours and have the boog powell pit beef or better right here at home.

yeah, i want something to do both and from what i can see, this does it.

Get one with a remote start. Lave several slices of white bread on grates with hood open.

When blackirds come to get the bread...fire it up.
