you didn't spend enough time thereI checked out "the forums" over there, and read the thread titles of a few.
It looked like more than a handful were of the "HELP!" variety. I don't like that, right off the bat.
Cooking on a "grill", should not be rocket science.

don't get carried away now :nono:No doubt. Their traffic blows this place away, and I was stunned by that.
I guess if you have nothing but time on your hands, a non-gas grill seems appropriate . . .

Seriously though an egg is great, but a true smoker is about the time spent drinking and fellowshiping as opposed to throwing the meat on to get done. Eggs are good for some while smokers are better for others:shrug:
